30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since the delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please click on “Submit Return Request” and provide your order details.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send products back without prior authorization.

Inspection & Approval

After we receive your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days from the date the returned item is received and verified.

If the return does not meet our policy requirements, we will notify you accordingly.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly.
